We are delighted to share with you our exclusive 4 month weight loss coaching program, called Kalyana Coaching Method led by Hannah Sari Cleaver. It uniquely focuses on yoga principles to help you achieve our health and wellbeing goals. It is also very hands on and personalized, so intake numbers are currently limited to 10.
How it works
We offer a 4-month lifestyle transformation focusing on 4 pillars of yoga: proper eating, moving, thinking and resting. Our 4-step process is designed to help women build healthy habits for life and lose the extra kilos for good.
We strategically introduce the daily habits necessary for real results and pairing this with heavy accountability.
The 4 steps we will take together...
Pillar 01
Proper eating
It starts with an in-depth onboarding call with your coach to understand your starting point/goals. Our approach to nutrition will be tailored to your goals/preferences. We place a big emphasis on eating wholefoods and protein rather than counting calories and restricting yourself. Most ladies start with tracking their food to get a better understanding of what they eat and then transition through coaching to intuitive eating.


Pillar 02
Proper movement
Next, we focus on movement. Depending on your starting point will determine when we introduce movement goals and what type. Everyone will be provided a tailored exercise program combining yoga with strength. This will be available via our KCM app. We will hold you accountable to your movement goals via our habit tracking system. We also have live yoga and HITT workout sessions you can join from the comfort of your own home.

Proper rest
Once we have your diet and movement habits under control we start to look more closely at mindset and establishing healthy habits for your mental wellbeing. This includes a tailored yoga and meditation guide, weekly educational sessions around self-love, self-care, journalling and gratitude practices.
Pillar 03

Finally, we focus on your relaxation and rest habits. Most of us overlook the importance of good sleep and calming our nervous system for weight loss. You will receive a tailor made sleep guide with habits to introduce to promote good rest and recovery. These habits, along with all the others are tracked via our KCM app.

Holistic group coaching (4 month commitment)
Our group coaching includes the following:

Group coaching is perfect for ladies who are ready to get stuck in and don't need the extra accountability or support. It's also a more affordable option.

Premium 1 -1 coaching 4 months minimum (by application only)
Our premium experience is perfect for those ladies who thrive off extra accountability and encouragement. It includes, everything in the group coaching program plus:
- an in-depth onboarding consultation around your lifestyle & goals/preferences to tailor the program to you.
-Weekly 1-1 accountability calls for up 20 minutes with a health coach.
-Tailored exercise programs /yoga guides, to cater for your needs.

About Us
'Kalyana' (कल्या ण) is an ancient Sanskrit word which is often used to convey a sense of wellbeing, welfare or positive fortune. The Kalyana Coaching Method was established by Hannah Sari Cleaver, who is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, nutrition coach and former lawyer. Like many women, Hannah faced challenges in maintaining a stable weight in her twenties. She was constantly dieting, monitoring her food intake, and never truly content with her body or well-being. In 2018, during her yoga teacher training in the jungles of Guatemala, Hannah discovered how to care for her mind, body, and spirit. Now, she effortlessly maintains a weight and body she is proud of, nurturing a healthy relationship with food and herself. Hannah's passion lies in guiding other women to look and feel their best. By deconstructing her own journey to success, the Kalyana Coaching Method was born.
